Administrative Assistant, Headquarters office, Cambridge: 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri.  A High School Degree or GED is required. Job description summary:  The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support for administrative functions of the library system.  Requires skills in customer service, communication, current technology, internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word and Excel, 10 key calculation tools, and QuickBooks or other financial software.


Branch Library Assistant, potential  multiple locations (see below): A High School Degree or GED is required, and Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Customer service and computer skills essential.
