Audit Services needed:

The East Central Regional Library Board of Trustees requests proposals for the auditing of its accounts for audit years 2016 and 2017. The library is a consolidated regional organization serving the residents of a six-county area: Aitkin, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine. As a public entity, our funding comes primarily from tax funds (local, state and federal). The money is spent to provide and support library services in our fourteen branches and outreach services in an additional 8 communities. Executive Director, ECRL Headquarters, Cambridge, MN:  40 hrs/week.  

East Central Regional Library (ECRL) has a vacancy for the position of Executive Director of a 6-county consolidated public library system in east central Minnesota which operates 14 branches and outreach services.  The Executive Director reports to an 18 member Board of elected officials and appointed citizens representing the six counties which are Signatories to the ECRL Joint Powers Agreement.  Annual salary: $76,714.93 – $92,014.64.  Comprehensive benefits package.

Job description summary: The Branch Library Assistant is responsible for the clerical operations of the automated library circulation system.  The assistant is also responsible for the operation of a branch library, under the direction of the Branch Librarian.  Ability to work courteously and effectively with other employees and the public; ability to read, comprehend and orally communicate English; ability to be tactful and adept in dealing with a wide variety of people; ability to interpret library policies, resources, and services to others.
