👉 Wednesday 9/29 Update: All ECRL branches are still experiencing some audio troubles on incoming calls. As of this morning, we are moving to a new phone provider which should resolve all phone and audio issues at ECRL. For the time being, when you call an ECRL branch we will answer the phone and if there are audio problems, we’ll write down your phone number and give you a call back right away. Our outgoing calls are working fine, so this should help us be able to actually talk to you. We thank you for your patience, as always!
