Branch Librarian II, Aitkin Public Library, 40 hours per week:  

ECRL has a vacancy for the position of Branch Librarian II to oversee the operation of a medium-large branch library in Aitkin, MN.  This position is for 40 hours per week.  A Bachelor’s Degree, up to date technology skills and three years related experience is required.  MLS/MLIS or similar library certification or advanced library training is preferred.  Candidates must have demonstrated creativity and vision to provide modern public library service; ability and willingness to work independently; above average communication skills; excellent customer service skills; and the ability and willingness to lead a library team of staff and volunteers.  Salary range is $16.15 – 22.09 per hour with paid health insurance, PTO and PERA.  See full posting for further details.
