What’s in the Kit?
Each kit comes in a plastic tote box containing 12 copies of each title, discussion questions, and other information of interest to both novice and seasoned book club members.

What Book Club Kit titles do you have available?

See the list of Book Club Kits available or use the search term “book club kit” in the catalog. Titles are continuously being added and removed from the collection.

Can I request a Book Club Kit?
Kits may be requested and picked up at any East Central Regional Library branch, and can be checked out for six weeks. You may request them in person, by phone, or online. We cannot guarantee your requested kit will be available for a particular book club date.

How do I return a Kit?
Kits must be returned to any East Central Regional Library branch during open hours, as they do not fit in book returns.

When returning Book Club Kit titles, please check to be sure all 12 copies of the book are in the totebox, as well as the folder with the discussion guide. Keep track of the books lent to your Club members with the Book Club Kit Checkout List.

If copies of the book or other parts are missing, the person who checked out the Kit will be billed for the replacement cost of the missing items.

Can I request that a Book Club Kit title be purchased?
Donations for additional titles are welcome.  To donate to the Book Club Kit project, we recommend speaking to a staff member before submitting a Book Club Kit Purchase Form.
