  • Telephone visits are an option If you have questions or concerns, call your clinic or schedule a telephone visit with your primary care clinician. Your clinician can review your symptoms with you, answer questions and give you more advice.
  • Visitor Policy Changes: No visitors are allowed on campus, (see exceptions below.) Patients are encouraged to work with their care team to find other ways to connect with their loved ones. Exceptions will be made for compassionate care. Care teams will guide these decisions. Pediatrics, Nursery, and Labor and Delivery may have one visitor per hospital stay who must be age 18 or older.                                              If necessary, one person may escort a patient to their outpatient/clinic appointment. Individuals who are sick and not seeking care or have known exposure to COVID-19 are not allowed to visit. All visitors to our hospital and clinics will be screened for symptoms and COVID-19 risk at each visit. Watch for signs at the location you are visiting for more information. Visitors may be asked to wear a mask or leave the location for the safety of our patients and staff.
  • For patients who may have COVID-19 or have confirmed COVID-19 visitors are not allowed. Due to an outpouring of community support and desire to donate needed protective equipment, St. Croix Regional Medical Center is asking for donations of factory-made N95 and ear loop masks, as well as hand sewn ear loop masks. We are only able to accept the following types of fabrics, 100% cotton that is tightly woven such as twill, canvas, duck cloth, or denim. Health care organizations, including SCRMC, are in need of additional masks to help meet ongoing health care needs and to help conserve existing personal protective equipment (PPE) for providers engaged in the coronavirus (COVID-19) response. Additionally, SCRMC welcomes notes of gratitude and encouragement that will be shared with front line staff to lift their spirits.

  • Masks can be safely donated Monday to Friday starting Friday, March 27 through April 24, from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. When you come to donate masks there will be a Mask Donation sign and a bin right outside the main door at each of the locations, please place masks in that bin. HELPFUL SERVICES: 

  • Chisago City Hall: City Offices and DMV closed to the Public. In keeping with the Governor’s directives to limit human to human contact as much as possible, the Chisago City Council has closed Chisago City Hall and the License Bureau to the public starting Wednesday, March 18th. At this time, the License Bureau (DMV) is run by the State of MN and is still open at the Arden Hills office. For information on tabs, etc. DPS.MN.GOV or call (651) 284-1234. As for questions regarding tickets, etc., we cannot speak to that as each jurisdiction is different. However, we suggest to keep proof of tab purchases in your vehicle.
  • Center City City Hall will be closed to the public effective at 6am on Friday March 20th until Minnesota Shelter in Place Restriction are lifted. Essential city services will continue to be provided including clean drinking water, flushing toilets, snow and ice removal and public safety response. We will continue to provide services (e.g. credit card transactions, building permits, responding to questions) via phone 651-257-5284 or online nanderson@centercitymn.us. We will provide very limited in person services at city happy. At this time, that includes accepting deliveries and allowing contractors to pick up water meters or other permits by appointment only.
