COVID-19 Related Tax Information
The Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service on announced Monday, March 30th, that distribution of economic impact payments will begin in the next three weeks and will be distributed automatically, with no action required for most people. However, some seniors and others who typically do not file returns will need to submit a simple tax return to receive the stimulus payment. Library staff can assist with locating and printing online tax forms but are not able to give advice regarding the forms that you might need to file your taxes.
East Central Regional Library is not a distribution site for Minnesota state tax forms or instruction booklets.
