May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, designed to raise awareness about the benefits of physical activity. There are countless ways to get moving. Are you looking for ways to get inspired to be active? Look no further!
East Central Regional Library is celebrating by introducing a new resource: Fitness Kits!
Fitness Kits provide a way for users to try a new activity, without having to commit to buy new equipment. Consider a new workout such as Pilates, t’ai chi, or foam rolling. Fitness Kits promote health and wellness by offering the opportunity to learn how to use portable exercise equipment. An instructional DVD or guide is included in each kit. There are 12 different kits available. Search the catalog to place a hold.
