Computer Services at ECRL

Copying & Printing

Copy services are available at all East Central Regional Library branches. You can print from any of ECRL’s public internet computers, or even from your personal device. Print from your personal device by emailing* an attachment to print@ecrlib.org or printcolor@ecrlib.org.

The cost per page is $.15 for single-sided black and white
The cost per page is $.20 for double-sided black and white
The cost per page is $.50 for single-sided color
The cost per page is $1.00 for double-sided color

*When you send an attachment to print via email, you should receive a follow-up email within a few minutes that contains a unique code. You’ll then type that code into the printer at the library to release your print job. The attachment you sent to print will sit in the printing system for 24 hours, which means you can send your attachment from the comfort of your home and then drive to your favorite ECRL branch to print your document. Please be aware, all print jobs sent this way will print double-sided.

Please note, there is a $20 max per single print job. If your print job exceeds $20, it will need to be broken into multiple prints. Also, print jobs $5 and under can be paid using a credit card. Only cash is accepted for print jobs over $5.

Scanners

Scanners are available at all East Central Regional Library branches.

Computer and Internet Access

Public internet computers are available at all East Central Regional Library branches. Most are available on a first come, first served basis. You will need your library card number and PIN/password to access the Internet

Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi)

Available at all East Central Regional Library branches. No password is required to access the network, called “ECRL Public Access.” Open your Web browser and you will be presented with the library’s Acceptable Use Policy page. You will need to click on “I Agree” to begin using the Library’s wireless internet access.

Hotspot Loans

Hotspots are available for check out at all East Central Regional Library branches. You must have a valid library card and be 18+ to borrow a hotspot. They can be checked out for 2 weeks. Place a hold on a hotspot via the ECRL Catalog.
