Closing early for New Year’s Eve
All East Central Regional Library locations will close at 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31, and all day Tuesday, Jan. 1, for the New Year’s holiday. Have a safe and happy New Year 2019 from all of us at East Central Regional Library!
