East Central Regional Library is opening the spring season with a fresh batch of Legacy events, from an award-winning Teddy Roosevelt impersonator to Yvonne Cory’s fascinating Down through the Decades presentation about 200 years of history, culture and apron art. Being Teddy Roosevelt Tuesday, April 2 6:30 pm, Rush City Public Library
